From Heimo who watches from Ensiweg the Risi run,
Across the plains of Mittigart the Risi run,
Through forests and over tall mountains they run,
With Donar close behind they run,
With his Malant poised for battle they run,
Upon the trail many will fall,
On there ecscape back to Risiheim.
